This product is a kind of instrument independently developed by Zhengzhou Jingwei Technology Industry Co., Ltd. to measure the superheat degree of electrolytic cell online, analyze the molecular ratio of electrolytic cell, and put forward the suggested adjustment parameters of fluorine salt and aluminum output, which provides theoretical basis for the optimization of electrolytic cell and the diagnosis of cell condition. Compared with similar products, it has the features of on-line (measuring the result directly in front of the electrolyzer), fast, accurate and efficient, displaying the electrolyte temperature, initial crystal temperature and superheat degree at the same time. It is easy to operate and has many advantages such as high repeatability of test results.

The test is fast and automatically records the test results, confirms and uploads them in real time, and analyzes and views the measurement data through the professional analysis software of mobile APP to understand the historical data and trend of each slot.
